Credit Card Required

To schedule an appointment, your credit card must be on file.  Your card will not be charged before services are rendered unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancelation policy, which is listed below.

Cancelation Policy

By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the services scheduled.  This applies to no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment for ANY reason. This applies to clients that book a color/ chemical service without a consultation when needed, or booking the wrong service without speaking to the stylist.  If you are late to your appointment your service may be changed/ shortened to fit within the allotted time slot that was originally booked.  If you exceed the 10 minute grace period- Your appointment will be canceled and you may reschedule. Please be aware that you will be charged accordingly with the cancelation policy.
By scheduling a "Consultation" or "Test-Strand Consultation" (requiring a deposit) you are agreeing to the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT taken at time of scheduling.  This applies to no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules of those appointments for ANY reason at ANY time.  If you need to cancel/ reschedule either of those two appointments listed in this paragraph you must email themaneattractionnewjersey@gmail.com.  If you exceed the 10 minute grace period during your scheduled appointment- Your appointment will be canceled and you may reschedule.  Please be aware that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE according to the cancelation policy. 
There is no liability to the stylist if they cancel an agreed session with at least 48 hours notice. If the stylist cancels a servicing session within 48 hours of the arranged time for ANY reason then they must give the next booked appointment 30% off of charge. If the stylist cancels a "Consultation" or "Test-Strand Consultation" for ANY reason the deposit will be refunded. If the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and stylist on the SAME day then charges will not apply.  Important instructions for your appointment will be sent to the phone number and email you've provided 72 and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Clients who have previously failed to pay a required cancellation or no-show fee must pay any outstanding balance in full and will be required to submit a 50% non-refundable deposit to book any future appointments.  The Mane Attraction reserves the right to decline future appointments for clients with unpaid balances.


Studio Closure

In the event of weather conditions, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control that require the studio to close - The Mane Attraction will not be held responsible for appointment cancellations. The cancellation policy will be waived for appointments affected during the closure.  Look forward to an email from themaneattractionnewjersey@gmail.com regarding information on your appointment.


Lateness

The Mane Attraction has a 10 minute lateness policy.  If you are running late for your appointment, please email ahead of time and let us know.

If you are late to your appointment your service may be changed/ shortened to fit within the allotted time slot that was originally booked.  Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.  

NO CALL/ NO SHOWS = Ineligible from scheduling any future appointments with The Mane Attraction Hair Studio.

Should cancellations to service(s) happen more than once, we regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with us.
 


Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Color Adjustments

Here at The Mane Attraction, we strive to provide the highest level of services.  Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.  All adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original appointment.  In addition, if adjustments are made in ANY way post-service by anyone except the original service provider the client is not eligible for an adjustment.


No Children, Additional Guests, Or Animals

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, no person under the age of 13, additional guests, or animals are permitted in the salon.
