WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR

This class is designed for hair that is chin-length or longer. To ensure we're able to teach the techniques and finished blowout look featured in this class, we are unable to accommodate hair shorter than chin length.

You bought the Airwrap. Now let's make sure you actually know how to use it.

Bring your own Airwrap and spend the afternoon learning how to create a bouncy, polished blowout effect on your own hair, with your own tool.

We'll take you through the process from freshly washed hair to the finished look—including product prep, drying, attachment selection, technique, setting with rollers and finishing your style so it lasts.

This isn't a class where you sit and watch us style a model. You'll be doing your own hair. With only four guests and two stylists, we'll be able to demonstrate, watch your technique and help you adjust based on your hair, your Airwrap and what you've been struggling with at home.

THE LOOK WE'RE LEARNING

This class is focused specifically on creating a soft, bouncy blowout effect with movement, volume and that fresh-from-the-salon finish.

Rather than trying to cover every style your Airwrap can create, we're spending the class mastering one complete look from start to finish—so you can actually recreate it when you get home.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

We'll work through your Airwrap routine from start to finish, including:

• How to prep your specific hair type

• Which products to use and why

• How damp your hair should be

• Which attachments make sense for your hair + desired style

• Sectioning your own hair

• Direction + tension

• Getting the back of your head

• Making both sides look consistent

• Heat + cool shot

• Why your Airwrap curls may be falling

• Setting your style

• Roller placement

• Finishing your hair so it actually lasts

Most importantly, you'll be the one holding the Airwrap.

We'll show you what to do, watch you recreate it and help you adjust your technique as you go.

BEFORE YOUR CLASS

After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive a short questionnaire about:

• Your hair type + length

• How well your hair typically holds a style

• Which Airwrap you own

• What you struggle with most

• What you'd most like to learn

• The finished look you're trying to achieve

This helps us get to know your hair before class so we can make your two hours as personalized as possible.

If the class is canceled by The Mane Attraction, ticket holders will receive the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

We're teaching you how.

Bring your own curling iron and spend the afternoon learning how to create soft, polished waves on your own hair - from proper prep all the way through the final brush-out.

Because a lasting wave starts before the curling iron.

We'll start with freshly washed hair and teach you how your product prep, blow-dry, sectioning and curling technique all work together to create a finished style that looks good and lasts.

This isn't a class where you watch us curl a model. You'll be doing your own hair. With only four guests and two stylists, we'll demonstrate, watch your technique and help you make adjustments based on your hair, your tools and the finished look you're trying to achieve.

THE LOOK WE'RE LEARNING

This class focuses on creating larger, polished curls that are brushed out and blended together for a soft, salon-finished look.

Think the curled, bouncy style you leave the salon with. Not a crimped or three-barrel waver look.

We'll teach you how to create the curl itself, let it properly cool and set, and then comb it out so the curls fall together with softness, movement and volume.

Rather than covering every curling technique or style, we'll focus on mastering this one finished look from start to finish, so you can actually recreate it at home!

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

We'll work through your styling routine from start to finish, including:

• How to prep your specific hair type

• Which products to use and why

• How to properly blow-dry your hair before curling

• How your prep affects how well your style holds

• Choosing the right barrel size for your hair + desired result

• How much hair to take in each section

• Curling iron positioning

• How and where to start your curl

• When to leave your curls alone
